1. What are your terms of packing?

Generally, we pack our goods in normal export cartons. If you have a legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after receiving your authorization letters.

2. How about the packing and loading?

External packing is a standard carton, and every seat inside is packed in a plastic bag. For LCL, we recommend pallet packing; one pallet can load 10-12 cartons.

3. What are your terms of payment?

T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We will show you photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

4. Do you test all your goods before delivery?

Yes, we perform 100% testing on all products before delivery to ensure quality standards.

5. How about your delivery time?

Generally, it takes 10 to 15 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
